"Load & Lock" Walkaway® SCBA Bracket with Safety Strap

"Load & Lock" WALKAWAY® brackets comply with the New NFPA 1901-03 standard. Bracket consists of backplate, short footplate, two non-mar double-coated seats and our new "Load & Lock" adjustable strap assembly. The backplate and footplate are black thermo-plastic coated for years of trouble-free service. Hi-cycle double coated clips will not mar cylinders. Strap assembly meets NFPA 1901-03 standard for SCBA retention and is easily adjusted.

Only the "Load & Lock" style WALKAWAY bracket may be used in crew areas. The new bracket will be available in two ways:

Ejector spring

To be fully NFPA compliant, an Ejector Spring should be added to the model ULLH or KD-ULLH bracket when installed in apparatus seats. Specify Model LL-ES Ejector Spring.
