POK FOAM with Quick Stik Technology

nozzles and inline proportioners use small, easy to use solid cartridges of foam or wetting agents. No eductors or pails of foam needed. A foam/wetting agent cartridge inserted into the mixing tube results in dissolving the cartridge into the flowing water producing a foam stream.

Simple to use and easy to train. Any brush truck or quick response vehicle currently in-service now can be immediately equipped with a foam/wetting agent system. You can easily have multiple foam/wetting agent lines discharging from the same fire truck.

POK FOAM with Quick Stik Technology nozzles will provide a foam/wetting agent system by just attaching the nozzle to the end

of a hose line. The inline proportioners are readied for use by just attaching them to inlet and outlet hoses.

POK FOAM with Quick Stik Technology Proportioner 02 has around the proportioner piping and valves so foam/wetting agent cartridges can be replaced without shutting down the fire stream.

POK FOAM with Quick Stik Technology nozzles and proportioners consist of a tube, couplings and a perforated sleeve. The tube made of aluminum alloy with NITUFF™ hardening is the main component of the system. A cartridge of solid foam/wetting agent is inserted in a tubular perforated sleeve of stainless steel. This perforated sleeve, with cartridge installed, allows for release of the foam/wetting agent from friction as the water stream passes over and through it. The bottom of the perforated sleeve is designed to produce proper water flow through the tube. It also prevents unwanted movement of the perforated sleeve, in all directions, during use.

There is an arrow on the tube body indicating the water flow direction for proper insertion of the perforated sleeve. There also is a label with data covering the foam/wetting agent including manufacturer, product name, production year and operating pressure.

Quick stick delivers up to 600 gallons of mixture per stick. Sticks come in cases of 12 sticks per box.
