The 1-1/2" Piercing Nozzle Applicator is designed to deliver rapid fire suppression in confined, concealed, and hard-to-reach areas where traditional hose streams may be ineffective. Ideal for use in storage facilities, attics, basements, mobile homes, void spaces, and concealed structural areas, this applicator allows firefighters to quickly access hidden fire conditions and apply water or foam directly to the seat of the fire.
Equipped with a hardened tool steel piercing point, the applicator can penetrate glass, masonry wall crevices, concrete blocks, sheet metal, plywood, and other common building materials. Once inserted, impinging jets create a dense fog pattern that provides effective cooling and fire suppression while minimizing water damage. The applicator is also compatible with both Class A and Class B foam concentrates for enhanced firefighting versatility.
