The Mule II Litter Wheel is a versatile patient transport system designed to improve mobility and reduce rescuer fatigue when moving litters across challenging terrain. Featuring a large lightweight all-terrain wheel, a fast and secure litter attachment system, and eight adjustable handle positions, the Mule II provides an efficient solution for wilderness rescue, technical rescue, EMS, and disaster response operations.
Its universal design is compatible with virtually any rigid litter, while the single-wheel configuration allows rescuers to navigate narrow trails, uneven ground, and rugged environments with greater control and maneuverability. The large ATV-style wheel provides excellent tracking and shock absorption for smoother patient transport. Quick-release pins, ratchet straps, and rubberized steel hooks allow for fast deployment and secure litter attachment, while the removable wheel assembly enables compact storage and transportation when not in use.
