The Schaefer VersaMist® Misting Fan - with Wheels is a portable evaporative cooling system designed to provide powerful relief in hot working environments by combining low-pressure mist with high-velocity airflow. Ideal for firefighters, rescue squads, construction crews, industrial facilities, athletic events, outdoor gatherings, and other heat-stressed environments, this mobile misting fan delivers effective cooling indoors or outdoors.
Equipped with an 18-inch UL507-rated three-speed fan, the VersaMist® produces airflow up to 6,600 CFM while delivering approximately 1.4 tons (16,000 BTU per hour) of cooling capacity. The system can reduce surrounding air temperatures by as much as 30°F, creating a more comfortable and productive environment during hot weather operations.
A large 10-gallon water reservoir provides up to five hours of continuous operation before refilling. The low-pressure mist pump is housed within a rugged enclosure and protected by an integrated tip switch for added durability and safety. Designed for portability, the unit features built-in wheels for easy transport and includes a 25-foot outdoor-rated power cord with an integrated GFCI for safe operation.
