The 30–40 GPM 1" Constant Gallonage Nozzle is a compact, lightweight firefighting nozzle designed to provide consistent flow performance and dependable stream control for wildland, forestry, municipal, and general fire suppression applications. Constructed from E-LITE aluminum with durable brass internal components, this nozzle combines rugged performance with easy handling for demanding fireground operations. Available with either 1" NST (NH) or 1" NPSH threads, it provides compatibility with a variety of hose configurations.
The BIMATIC flush system allows the nozzle operator to clear debris without shutting down water flow, helping maintain continuous operation when conditions matter most. The nozzle transitions smoothly from fog to straight stream with a turn of the protective bumper and features full-time swivels and spinning teeth for effective stream pattern control. An ergonomic pistol grip improves handling and can be removed when a different operating configuration is preferred.
