The exterior incorporates the PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System), enabling compatible MOLLE accessory pouches to be securely attached, removed, or repositioned as operational needs change. Heavy-duty #10 YKK® AquaGuard® water-repellent zippers with PV coating and pull tabs provide dependable performance, while all seams and stress points are reinforced with durable #69 Dacron thread.
Designed for comfort during extended operations, the backpack includes padded contoured shoulder straps, adjustable chest and waist straps, and both top and side web carrying handles. A false back conceals the shoulder straps when they are not in use, allowing the pack to be carried in multiple ways. The interior is large enough to accommodate either a "C" or "D" oxygen cylinder or can be reconfigured for general medical equipment. Every removable pocket features the Velcro® FlexBadge labeling system for quick identification and organization of supplies.
