The Aztek Bound-Loop Prusik is designed specifically for use with the AZTEK ProSeries® System and delivers the performance and reliability technical rescue professionals demand. Developed through years of testing, refinement, and field use, these factory-sewn Prusik loops provide strength equivalent to a traditional tied Prusik while eliminating the bulk and inconsistency associated with knots.
Constructed from 100% nylon cord, each Prusik features CMC's SecureStitch™ sewing process protected by durable clear shrink tubing. This protective covering allows for visual inspection while helping extend service life by reducing wear on the stitching. The EN 564 classified 6 mm cord utilizes a solution-dyed sheath with a precisely calibrated twist to balance abrasion resistance, flexibility, and handling. A compact 24-carrier sheath design provides excellent core coverage to help prevent herniation, while nano-level water-resistant treatment enhances durability and performance in challenging environments.
