The Gripper Hose System is a heavy-duty hose carrying system designed to help firefighters safely transport and rapidly deploy attack hose in demanding fireground environments. Featuring a padded high-visibility shoulder sling and three rugged webbing straps, the system distributes the weight of the hose comfortably while allowing a single firefighter to carry substantial hose loads to the point of attack.
Built for durability and ease of use, the Gripper Hose System incorporates three 2" wide, 42" long, high-strength webbing straps secured with rugged metal cam buckles for a reliable hold. The metal cam buckles are designed for quick release, even while wearing structural firefighting gloves, allowing hose to be deployed rapidly when every second counts. A semi-rigid cross strap keeps the assembly organized while providing additional stability during transport. The long adjustable straps can accommodate more hose than the average firefighter can comfortably carry and are shown carrying up to 150 feet of 1¾" fire hose.
