The Hannay Booster Hose Reel is a compact, heavy-duty reel designed for storing and deploying single 3/4" or 1" booster hose on fire apparatus, service vehicles, and industrial equipment. Built for dependable performance in demanding environments, the F4000 Series combines rugged steel construction with smooth hose handling and reliable rewind operation. Available in both manual and electric rewind configurations, these reels provide an efficient solution for booster hose storage while maintaining quick access during emergency response operations.
Manual rewind models feature a removable direct crank rewind, cam-lock drag brake, and spring-actuated pin lock for controlled operation and secure hose storage. Electric rewind models utilize a chain-and-sprocket drive system powered by an electric motor and include a standard strap brake for safe hose retrieval. All models are equipped with a 90° ball-bearing swivel inlet and are designed to handle operating pressures up to 1,000 PSI.
