The Junkin Wrap Around Fire Blanket Kit is a complete emergency fire protection system designed to provide rapid access to a fire-resistant treated 100% wool fire blanket for personnel exposed to flames or high-heat environments. Ideal for industrial facilities, laboratories, manufacturing plants, military installations, welding areas, and commercial workplaces, the kit includes the JSA-1010-B Wrap Around Fire Blanket and the JSA-1010-CW steel storage cabinet for secure, highly visible wall-mounted storage.
The unique Wrap Around design allows a person to insert either arm through the integrated rope loop and rotate their body to quickly wrap themselves in the blanket, providing enhanced protection from flames and radiant heat. The included 20-gauge steel cabinet features a bright red enamel finish with white lettering and an inspection window that allows personnel to quickly verify the blanket is in place. Designed to be mounted 6 to 8 inches above the floor, the complete kit meets MIL-B-52309B requirements.
