The Kussmaul Auto Charge WP Kit 53-02-1106 is a complete vehicle battery charging system designed for fire apparatus, ambulances, rescue vehicles, and other emergency and specialty vehicles. Combining a battery charger, remote display, and WP Auto Eject into one convenient package, this kit provides an integrated solution for maintaining vehicle batteries while the vehicle is parked and connected to shoreline power.
The kit includes the 091-20WP-120 20 Amp WP Auto Eject as standard equipment. The WP Auto Eject automatically disconnects the shoreline power connection when the vehicle is started, helping prevent damage caused by driving away with the power cord connected. This model is recommended for installations where the rear of the Auto Eject is protected from direct exposure to weather.
A weatherproof cover and mating connector are included with the WP Auto Eject. The standard 20 Amp WP Auto Eject can be substituted with the 091-18WP-120 15 Amp WP Auto Eject at no additional cost. Multiple weatherproof cover colors are available to match vehicle and apparatus requirements.
