The Auto Current 100 detects current flow and closes an internal switch when the monitored current exceeds 4 amps, activating a connected remote indicator. The sensing circuit is electrically isolated from the 12 VDC output circuit, allowing the unit to monitor either the supply conductor or the return line, depending on installation requirements. This flexibility helps simplify vehicle wiring while allowing a single indicator to provide operating status for multiple monitored loads. Optional -G configurations are available for applications requiring the indicator to be operated by grounding.
