The Kussmaul DC Voltmeter Display is a watertight digital battery monitoring instrument designed to provide accurate voltage readings for up to three 12-volt or 24-volt battery banks. With an operating range of 9.5 to 33.0 VDC, the display continuously monitors all three connected battery banks while allowing operators to select which battery bank voltage is shown on the digital display.
Independent high- and low-voltage alarm settings can be configured for each battery bank. If a battery voltage exceeds the programmed limits, the built-in 85 dB audible alarm sounds and the display flashes to alert personnel. The unit can provide either an external alarm output or NMEA 0183 compatible data output, allowing battery voltage information to be transmitted as a 4800 baud serial data stream once per second.
Designed for direct connection to vehicle batteries, the DC Voltmeter Display provides dependable battery monitoring for fire apparatus, rescue vehicles, ambulances, marine vessels, and other emergency or specialty vehicle electrical systems.
