The Load Manager 1H features a high-hysteresis design that prevents a shed load from immediately cycling back ON as system voltage begins to recover. Once the relay operates due to low voltage, the connected load remains disconnected until the monitored voltage rises more than 1.4 volts above the set point. This differential helps prevent rapid relay cycling and provides more stable load management during fluctuating electrical system conditions.
The voltage set point and hysteresis are field adjustable, with an adjustable voltage range of 10.5 to 13 volts and a standard set point of 12.0 volts. Green and red LED indicators provide clear system status, while the heavy-duty 30-amp relay contacts can interrupt the connected load or operate a remote indicator light. When system voltage recovers sufficiently, the Load Manager 1H automatically resets and restores normal operation.
