Designed for fire apparatus, ambulances, rescue vehicles, command vehicles, and other specialty vehicles, the PX-3 helps protect and organize critical wiring connections while providing convenient access for installation, inspection, and maintenance.
Constructed from rugged, non-corrosive, high-impact polypropylene, the enclosure features a snap-on cover that provides a watertight seal and carries an IEC IP54 rating for protection against water projected at the enclosure from any direction. Multiple cable entry points accommodate a wide range of cable diameters, while removable connector strips with captive screw compression terminals securely connect conductors without requiring separate ring or spade terminals. Multiple conduit knockouts provide additional flexibility for custom electrical installations.
