The Stow-N-Lok – 1005 is a versatile positive and friction locking mounting bracket designed to securely retain poles, nozzles, and a wide variety of tools and equipment in fire apparatus, rescue vehicles, utility trucks, and emergency response units. Combining the gripping power of a friction-lock bracket with the added security of an adjustable positive locking strap, the Stow-N-Lok provides dependable equipment retention while allowing for fast deployment during emergency operations.
The flexible Y-shaped positive locking bracket securely grips equipment with a 1" to 1-1/2" (25.4 mm–38.1 mm) diameter, making it ideal for poles, nozzles, handles, pry bars, and other similarly sized equipment. The adjustable locking strap can be used for added retention or removed when friction retention alone is preferred, allowing the mount to adapt to a variety of equipment sizes and storage requirements. The Standard version provides additional mounting height compared to the Short (S) model, making it well suited for a wide range of apparatus storage applications.
