The Paratech Pods Dual Mainline Kit is a complete twin-tension rope rescue system developed through a partnership between Paratech and CMC. Designed for use with Paratech Monopods, Bipods, Tripods, and Elevator Shaft Rescue Systems, this kit provides rescuers with the equipment necessary to quickly establish a fully redundant Dual Mainline system capable of both raising and lowering operations in demanding high-angle rescue environments.
Built around two CMC CLUTCH devices, the system enables smooth, controlled lowering and efficient hauling on dual rope systems. The kit supports both 3:1 and 5:1 mechanical advantage configurations on each line, allowing rescuers to adapt to changing rescue scenarios. Advanced CLUTCH features—including a rotating ratcheting sheave, Anti-Panic brake, force-limiting overload protection, and integrated becket—deliver exceptional control, efficiency, and safety during critical operations.
