The SCBAS Air Control Panel provides a safe, efficient, and organized solution for managing high-pressure breathing air cascade systems. Designed for fire departments, SCBA fill stations, industrial facilities, and mobile breathing air systems, these control panels allow operators to safely control air flow, regulate pressure, and refill SCBA cylinders from a centralized location.
Available in 1 Bank, 2 Bank, 3 Bank, 4 Bank, 5 Bank, 6 Bank, and 8 Bank configurations, each panel features an easy-to-read NFPA 1901 color-coded overlay with an integrated flow diagram mounted on a durable ¼-inch aluminum panel. Individual liquid-filled gauges and soft-seat control valves provide precise monitoring and control of each bank, while the push-to-set pressure regulator accommodates inlet and outlet pressures up to 6000 PSI.
Designed for long-term reliability and simplified maintenance, all control valves can be rebuilt from the front of the panel without disturbing the plumbing. Every valve, fitting, and tube is rated for a minimum working pressure of 6000 PSI, and each panel is manufactured to meet or exceed NFPA 1901 standards for dependable performance in demanding emergency service environments.
