The SCBAS Individually Piped Cascade System is designed to provide a reliable, remotely operated breathing air storage solution for fire departments, industrial facilities, and emergency response applications. Available in 4500 PSI, 5000 PSI, and 6000 PSI operating pressures, these systems allow the cascade sequence to be controlled from a remote distribution manifold or air control panel rather than directly at the storage cylinders.
Each storage cylinder is individually connected to a distribution manifold through its own dedicated hose, allowing all cylinder valves to remain open while operators manage air flow from a centralized control location. This design is ideal for fire apparatus installations where storage cylinders are difficult to access or for SCBA fill stations where the air storage system is located in a separate room from the filling area.
The individually piped configuration is also commonly used with fill enclosures and breathing air systems that incorporate their own cascade control systems. Available in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8-cylinder configurations, each system includes the cylinders, storage rack, mounting hardware, nipples, and JIC elbows for a complete installation.
