Designed for maximum versatility, the Vulcan® 180 produces up to 1,200 lumens with a tightly focused beam and excellent peripheral illumination for search, rescue, and scene lighting. The articulating head locks into a forward-facing position and rotates up to 180 degrees for precise beam placement. Two ultra-bright blue taillight LEDs can be programmed for steady or flashing operation, helping improve visibility to other responders in thick smoke. A large multi-function push-button switch is easy to operate while wearing gloves, and optimized electronics maintain consistent light output throughout battery life.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the Vulcan® 180 fully recharges in approximately nine hours and features an integrated battery status indicator. Its high-impact nylon housing, aluminum articulating head, reinforced D-rings, and rubberized cushioned-grip handle are built to withstand the toughest emergency response environments. The lantern is IP64-rated for dust-tight and water-resistant protection, tested for 2-meter impact resistance, and available in international safety orange or yellow. Standard System and Vehicle Mount configurations provide flexible charging options for station or apparatus use.
