The TOTAL CONTROL Pressure Governor combines pressure regulation, engine monitoring, and master pressure display functions into a single compact control system for fire apparatus pump operations. Utilizing advanced microprocessor technology, the governor automatically maintains a consistent pump discharge pressure by controlling engine speed or can be operated in RPM mode to hold a selected engine RPM. Engine information is received through the J1939 or ISO CAN Bus, providing seamless integration with a wide variety of fire apparatus chassis and engine platforms.
Designed for ease of operation, the TOTAL CONTROL system features dedicated displays for pump discharge pressure, intake pressure, and engine RPM, along with a message display for system settings, warnings, diagnostics, and operational data. Four LED bar graphs continuously monitor engine oil pressure, engine coolant temperature, transmission temperature, and battery voltage, giving operators immediate visual feedback on apparatus performance. The system also includes programmable presets, automatic day/night brightness adjustment, high-idle functionality, and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities.
