The MEDLITE® Transport Basic UTV Patient Transport Skid – MTB-101 is an entry-level patient transport skid designed to quickly convert most full-size UTVs into an effective off-road rescue vehicle. Ideal for fire departments, EMS agencies, search and rescue teams, parks, industrial facilities, and public safety organizations, the MEDLITE® Transport Basic provides a dependable, cost-effective solution for transporting one patient and one attendant in remote or difficult-to-access locations.
Constructed from durable all-aluminum diamond plate, the MEDLITE® Transport Basic is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean after emergency operations. The patient carry area accommodates either a long backboard or Stokes basket and includes ten Velcro® D-loop straps to securely fasten the patient carrier during transport. A fixed-position attendant seat with an integrated seat belt provides a secure seating location, while the adjustable end point allows the unit to accommodate longer patient carriers when needed.
Designed for simplicity, reliability, and ease of use, the removable skid features a quick-disconnect mounting system that securely installs in the UTV bed while allowing the unit to be removed in the field when necessary. The MEDLITE® Transport Basic is an excellent choice for agencies seeking dependable off-road patient transport without unnecessary complexity.
