The Schaefer VersaMist® Misting Fan - without Wheels is a portable evaporative cooling system designed to provide powerful relief in hot working environments by combining low-pressure mist with high-velocity airflow. Ideal for firefighters, rescue squads, construction crews, industrial facilities, athletic events, outdoor gatherings, and other heat-stressed environments, this misting fan delivers effective cooling indoors or outdoors.
Equipped with an 18-inch UL507-rated three-speed fan, the VersaMist® produces airflow up to 6,600 CFM while delivering approximately 1.4 tons (16,000 BTU per hour) of cooling capacity. The system can reduce surrounding air temperatures by as much as 30°F, creating a more comfortable and productive environment during hot weather operations.
A large 10-gallon water reservoir provides up to five hours of continuous operation before refilling. The low-pressure mist pump is housed within a rugged enclosure and protected by an integrated tip switch for added durability and safety. Its compact, stationary design makes it ideal for placement in work areas, event spaces, apparatus bays, patios, and other locations where reliable cooling is needed.
