The QUIC-LOCK Mechanical SCBA Bracket is an easily adjustable, strapless SCBA mounting bracket designed to securely retain breathing apparatus while providing quick and straightforward access. Featuring a manual locking knob, adjustable footplate, and flip-down top clamp, the QUIC-LOCK provides dependable SCBA retention for fire apparatus seating applications.
The PVC-coated top clamp and adjustable footplate securely lock the SCBA cylinder by its ends. To stow the SCBA, place the cylinder valve into the footplate, lower the top clamp around the cylinder, and pull up on the red locking knob to secure it. A Footplate Guide makes positioning the air pack an easy, no-look process, while an adjustment knob allows quick changes to the footplate height to accommodate small variations between individual cylinders. To release the SCBA, simply pull the release cord.
