The Ziamatic "Z" Hooks are lightweight, extremely strong firefighting tools designed for salvage and overhaul operations. Featuring Ziamatic's New York-style "Z" hook head, these versatile tools provide firefighters with dependable pulling and pushing performance for opening, clearing, and removing materials during fireground operations.
The 1" O.D. poles are constructed from solid fiberglass for strength and durability. Stainless steel sleeves at both ends help protect against wear and are epoxied in place, then cross-drilled and pinned for additional strength. Z Hooks are available in 48", 72", and 96" lengths with either a traditional aluminum "D" handle grip or a gas shut-off end. The aluminum "D" grip is designed to maximize the tool's pulling and pushing power.
