The Kimtek MEDLITE® Transport UTV Patient Transport Skid – MTS-102 is a removable patient transport skid designed to convert most full-size UTVs into a capable off-road EMS and rescue vehicle. Built for fire departments, EMS agencies, search and rescue teams, law enforcement, parks, and industrial emergency response, this all-aluminum transport system safely carries one patient and one attendant while providing secure enclosed storage for medical equipment and rescue gear.
Constructed from rugged aluminum diamond plate, the MEDLITE® Transport is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean after demanding rescue operations. The patient area accommodates either a long backboard or Stokes basket and includes ten Velcro® D-loop straps to securely hold the patient carrier in place. A sliding two-position guide-lock attendant seat with an integrated seat belt allows responders to adjust seating based on the rescue situation while maintaining patient access during transport.
The fully enclosed storage compartment beneath the patient platform provides convenient space for medical bags, trauma equipment, oxygen, and other essential supplies. Stainless steel grab bars improve responder safety during loading and unloading, while the included quick-disconnect mounting system allows the skid to be securely installed in the UTV bed and removed in the field when needed.
