The Pocket Door Elevator Key Set was introduced because of a massive retrofit of high rise residential housing elevator swing out doors - because the former doors could be opened so easily on all floors by vandals, changes had to be implemented. New "pocket Doors" were designed and are being installed. The locking mechanism is a protective box on the door edge.
